Handover of Veterinary Start-Up Kits for Trained CAHWs

Twenty-four trainees selected by the respective grassroots communities with close consultation with relevant local authorities from Mudug, Nugal, and Bari regions were trained as CAHWs for six continuous weeks implemented by PULPA and supported by FAO. The training was delivered by professional master CAHWs trainers.

Only trainees who successfully pass continues assessment test were eligible for veterinary start up kits provided by FAO

The event for handing over veterinary start-up packages was participated by PULPA, community representatives, and local authorities. All adjured for trained CAHWs to use the knowledge and kits for the intended purpose of serving the pastoral communities through animal health service delivery.
