Puntland Livestock Professionals Association (PULPA) is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit-making organization formed in 2002 by livestock professionals to provide relief and assistance to pastoral and agropastoral communities and their livestock in the Puntland State of Somalia. The association unites livestock sector professionals that operate in Puntland.
